Goals for 2015

On Wednesday, I was diagnosed with anaemia and a low blood count, which kind of explains how tired and rough I've been feeling lately. I've been prescribed some iron tablets in order to fix it, so with any luck I'll actually start feeling better some time soon. Anyway, in my exhausted and sick state today, I finally got down to writing a comprehensive list of all of the goals I want to work on during the coming year - they are as follows.....
  • Get one of the internships I've applied for, and get my career started
  • Work my way out of my overdraft
  • Bake more, and collect recipes
  • Start painting again
  • Blog more, and blog meaningfully
  • Get back to a size 10/back in shape - I'm not going to go a mad diet, restrict my food, or over exert myself. I'm just going to make more sensible choices, control my portion sizes and what I eat, and take it slowly. I'm sick of being so disgusted with my weight
  • Read all the time
  • Have a nice cup of tea every day
  • Keep learning (new knowledge and learning/improving skills)
  • Take more photos of the world around me
  • Write in my diary every day, practice taking note of positive things that happen, no matter how small
  • Donate to charity/volunteer (particularly to Mind and Help For Heroes)
  • Organise day trips to museums, historical places, and places of natural beauty
  • Try to complete items on my bucket list
  • Look after myself physically (staying hydrated, eating and sleeping properly, treating aforementioned anaemia, keeping up with skincare/doing my nails, etc) and mentally (work through depression and anxiety, keep up with journaling, etc)
I also want a new tattoo this year, but that's less of an important goal. That's just a 'whenever I have the money to spare' plan, and if it happens this year - great! If not, shit happens. I hope I can achieve my goals or come a significant way towards achieving them; even the slightest bit of progress is good, as long as I'm not standing still. Here's to 2015!
